We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team in Poland!
You will do:
Manage on full aspects of human resources legalities (Polish law);
Handling recruitment processes;
Ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance with current company needs and current laws;
Comprehensive care of medical examination, authorization and training dates;
Initiate equal employment opportunities, compensation and employee benefits;
Collaboration with accountant on payroll and other requirements;
Cooperation with global HR department;
Handling the process of relocation of employees to Poland and legalization of employment;
Onboarding and offboarding of employees;
Handling of training, periodic evaluations etc.
Our candidate:
Experience in HR Department at least 3 year;
People-oriented mind;
Attention to details is essential;
Knowledge of the current labor law in Poland;
Ability to share information clearly and accurately;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Solid knowledge in Excel;
Fluent English and Polish.
