💼 Position: HR &; Payroll Specialist
📍Location: Warsaw (Hybrid – 2 remote days per week)
Do you want to make a real impact in HR while growing your skills in a dynamic, international environment? At ITDS, you’ll join a fast-paced team where innovation meets professionalism. You’ll report directly to the HR Operations Manager and work cross-functionally to deliver
high-quality HR and payroll operations.
🤝 Key Responsibilities
Manage the HRM system (Business Central) – including opening/closing accounts and updating employee profiles
Oversee employee documentation: contracts, annexes, and other HR paperwork
Coordinate background verification with external partners
Administer employee benefits programs
Prepare monthly payroll input data and ensure timely timesheet completion
Generate HR reports (e.g., weekly inflow/outflow)
Monitor medical check-ups, sick leave, and other absences
Coordinate online OHS and GDPR training sessions
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Support the onboarding of foreign employees and liaise with visa/work permit agencies
Provide audit support and meet reporting deadlines
Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all payroll-related queries
Collaborate with internal teams: accounting, finance, legal, and management
Co-create and enhance HR policies and procedures
Drive HR process improvements and introduce best practices
✅ What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in HR or related field
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR and payroll
Sound knowledge of Polish labor law and HR compliance standards
Strong discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
High attention to detail and quality
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Great interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
Fluent English is a must
