About the Role

 

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to lead the design, development, and execution of two key leadership development programs—one tailored for our new leaders and another for our senior leaders. This role is pivotal in shaping our leadership culture and ensuring our leaders are equipped with the skills, mindset, and tools to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Deliver Programs: Continuously develop and implement comprehensive leadership development programs for new and senior leaders, aligned with organizational goals and leadership competencies including end-to-end program management including curriculum design, vendor coordination, scheduling, facilitation, and evaluation.

  • Drive the annual performance and potential review process for leaders across the organization

  • Drive organizational development initiatives (including Organizational Review) to enable strategy execution in the business

  • Defining, demonstrating, and sharing standards and best practice within organizational and employee development to guide leaders and HR Business Partners

  • Measurement & Evaluation: Define success metrics and continuously assess program effectiveness through feedback, performance data, and ROI analysis.

 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on leadership development.

  • Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful leadership programs.

  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

  • Experience with learning technologies and platforms (e.g., LMS, virtual learning tools).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
