What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across areas, partnering with hiring managers on requirements and market insights.

• Source, attract and engage talent via diverse channels, coordinating and conducting interviews for a smooth and professional experience.

• Maintain accurate recruitment data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team.

• Collaborate with peers and HR teams to plan hiring activities and align recruitment priorities with business needs.

• Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance talent acquisition practices and promote effective collaboration.

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing recruitment for IT and Fintech roles, applying structured methods across full hiring cycles.

• Hands-on experience with active sourcing, using tools and channels to build and engage strong talent pipelines.

• Global mindset with experience working in distributed teams across countries, cultures, and collaborative settings.

• Strong communication and stakeholder skills combined with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes effectively.

• Fluent English is required; German and/or Spanish are desired to support communication in an international environment.
