Main responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Collaborate with management to shape and implement growth strategies for the partner/vendor program.

  • Vendor/Partner Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors, acting as the primary point of contact.

  • Talent Acquisition & Matching: Identify, assess, and engage talented consultants for partner projects. Oversee onboarding and ensure smooth integration into project teams.

  • Operational Management: Manage the partner/vendor program’s daily operations, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.

  • Coordination: Align resource needs and streamline processes with internal teams.

  • Compliance: Ensure vendor activities comply with policies and mitigate risks.

  • Reporting: Maintain records, prepare reports, and handle invoicing.
