Recruitment Team Lead

Now, we’re looking for a Recruitment Team Leader to drive recruitment excellence and help us build world-class tech teams!

Your responsibilities:

✅ Recruitment:

• Lead end-to-end IT recruitment for engineering and R&D roles
• Actively source and attract top candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, networking
• Conduct interviews, evaluating both technical and soft skills
• Ensure the best candidate-job fit, aligning with budgets and availability
• Negotiate and close offers to secure top talent

✅ Team Leadership:

• Mentor and support recruiters in sourcing and managing processes
• Delegate tasks and monitor performance to drive efficiency
• Provide training, feedback and growth opportunities for your team

✅ Quality & Process Optimization:

• Track key recruitment KPIs (sourcing efficiency, time-to-hire, candidate quality)
• Collaborate with the sales team to align hiring strategies with client needs
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and pipeline management

Apply, if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment
• Experience leading or mentoring a team of recruiters
• Strong knowledge of the IT job market, technologies, and hiring trends
• Ability to delegate tasks and motivate a team
• Excellent negotiation and offer-closing skills
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools (Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Fluent Polish & English (B2+)
• Experience in managing recruitment pipelines and optimizing processes

Nice to Have:

• Experience scaling recruitment teams in an agency or internal HR environment.
• Knowledge of employer branding and candidate experience best practices.
